Robert Anderson – QA Manager.
Robert Anderson recently joined Barber Spring. His primary functions at Barber Spring include; QA Manager, and engineering assistance in the field of industrial and railroad helical springs.
Robert is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and Material Science and a Nuclear Engineering Certificate. Robert was also a key member of the Pitt Formula SAE team.

Jeffrey Rayburg – Sales Manager.
Jeff joined our company in June of 2016 as the Sales Manager. Prior to that, Jeff has spent over two decades in the metals industry. He has held management positions in Sales, Marketing, Planning, Product Development, and Metallurgical Engineering at a Pittsburgh based specialty materials producer. Jeff holds a M.S. degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a B.S. degree from Carnegie Mellon University in Materials Science & Engineering. Jeff has worked on the commercial side of the business for most of his career and is focused on providing service and value to customers. He lives in the Pittsburgh area with his wife and four children.

David Jablonowski – General Manager.

Michele Kach – Customer Service Manager / Logistics.
Michele has been with Barber Spring Company since 1995. As a Customer Service Manager, she acts as a liaison between customers and Barber Spring’s production department making sure that the lines of communication remain open. She believes good customer service is critical in every business. Michele provides customers with professionalism, courtesy, positivity and the ability to come to a resolution quickly. With over 17 years of experience she offers a vast array of knowledge of the manufacturing business. Michele’s experience in customer service has led her into the logistics arena. She is also in charge of securing transportation for Barbers customers, and helps customers obtain cost effective ways of shipment of Barber products. Given the importance of customer experience – Michele takes pride in the job she maintains for Barber Spring Company. In her off time, Michele tries to help animals without a home. In doing this – she has acquired, at least 2 cats, from Barber Springs facility and continues to give them a good home.

Jim Schlegel –
B.S. General Engineering and an MBA from Bradley University, recently completed a course of study in Spring Manufacturing Technology from the Institute of Spring Technology in Sheffield, England . Work – Alco Spring Industries, Served 15 months in Viet Nam NCO Field Artillery. Jim has over 41 years of experience in spring design, quality assurance and field support. Jim will be working out of his office in Chicago providing support to our customers, engineering and operations. Jim stated “I am quite impressed with the Barber team and their manufacturing capabilities, processes and customer service. I am looking forward to this opportunity.”
